If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the app.

You must be 13 or older and able to form a binding contract to use SplitCheck.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit content that is fraudulent, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Share your join codes with people you do not intend to invite to a bill.

You are responsible for the receipt photos and diner names you submit. By sharing a bill, you confirm you have the right to share that information with the people you invite.

SplitCheck is provided free of charge for splitting bills. Standard carrier or data rates may apply.

The app relies on third-party services (AI extraction, sign-in providers). We are not responsible for their availability or behavior.

SplitCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bill calculations and AI extraction may contain errors — always verify amounts before relying on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

We may update these terms and will revise the "Last updated" date above.
