Dividivi Privacy Policy

• Photos of receipts you scan
• Names or identifiers of people you split a bill with (which you or another participant may enter)
• Itemized purchase and spending information derived from scanned receipts
• Basic account information (e.g. name, email) if you create an account

We use this information solely to provide Dividivi's core functionality: extracting items from a receipt photo, allowing participants to claim items, and calculating each person's share of a bill.

Dividivi is built on Base44, and app data is stored on Base44's servers located in the United States. Data is encrypted both at rest and in transit. Base44's vendors are bound by data processing agreements governing any data transfers, using mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the Data Privacy Framework where applicable. Base44 maintains GDPR compliance and makes a Data Processing Agreement available on request, along with a subprocessor directory listing vendors who handle data on its platform.

We do not sell your personal information. Data is only shared with Base44 as our infrastructure provider to operate the app.

You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing Dividiviapp@gmail.com. We will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Dividivi is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
